These terms cover your use of Oya, a social fitness app for competing with friends on everyday activity. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Oya is for fun and friendly competition, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It relies on activity data from Google Health Connect or Apple Health, which may be incomplete, delayed, or estimated — don't use it to make health decisions. Talk to a doctor about your health, not your Oya Score.
Oya's leaderboards only mean something if the data behind them is real. Don't:
We can remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Comments, reactions, display names, and photos you post are yours, but by posting them in a circle you give the members of that circle permission to see them as part of using the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share. We can remove content that violates these terms.
Oya is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and your data accurate, but we don't guarantee the app, its scoring, or its data will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Oya and its operator aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in-app. Continuing to use Oya after a change means you accept the updated terms.
